Job description
- Unterstütztung der Kunden bei der SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central-Implementierung
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Telefonische Beratung der Kunden in allen fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen rund um SF
- Durchführung der erforderlichen Nacharbeiten
- Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors Schwerpunkt Employee Central, Recruiting oder Onboarding
- Grundkenntnisse im SAP HCM Bereich von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
