Asesorar al cliente sobre buenas prácticas y nuevas funcionalidades de la plataforma.
Requirements
- 3 años de experiencia como consultor/a Salesforce.
- Experiencia en al menos un proyecto de implantación de Consumer Goods Cloud.
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Dominio de Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) y su configuración declarativa.
- Conocimiento de los módulos de CGC: Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, Store Visits, Product Assortments.
- Capacidad para trabajar con integraciones (APIs, middleware) y datos de ERP.
- Deseable conocimientos de Apex, LWC y Flow.
- Certificaciones Salesforce (Administrator, Consultant, Consumer Goods Cloud, etc.).
