  • Coordinate directly with end users to schedule and deliver planned work with minimal disruption.
  • Escalate non-standard or failed changes with clear documentation and troubleshooting information.
  • Maintain and improve build standards, technical documentation, runbooks and automation opportunities.

  • Understanding of security best practices relating to user access, permissions, device management and data protection.
  • A proactive and quality-focused mindset.

  • Experience within an MSP, IT Operations, Deployment, Provisioning or Service Fulfilment environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, application packaging, workflow automation or RMM platforms.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, MFA, BitLocker and Microsoft 365 licensing.
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Endpoint Administrator or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience or interest in AI-powered operational tools, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.

  • Planned changes are delivered accurately, efficiently and right first time.
  • Joiner, mover and leaver requests are completed securely and within agreed timescales.
  • Devices are built, configured and deployed consistently with minimal rework.
