Consultant Data Cloud (Data 360) / Salesforce (M/F)

Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce today structure unified data strategies for our clients (DMO, multi-source ingestion, identity reconciliation, Marketing Cloud activation, AI use cases). This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, capable of operating from pre-sales through to deployment., As a Salesforce Data Cloud Data 360 Consultant (M/F), you work across the full Data Cloud project lifecycle, from pre-sales to deployment, in a rapidly evolving technical environment integrating AI and Agentforce.

• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud projects end-to-end: data model design (DMO), multi-source ingestion, profile unification, matching rules, and identity reconciliation
• Design connectors and activation flows to Marketing Cloud: customer journeys, data-driven segmentation, omnichannel orchestration
• Connect Data Cloud to third-party systems (data lakes, existing IS) and evaluate integration architectures (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP API)
• Support clients in their Data 360 strategy: scoping workshops, architecture recommendations, roadmap, build vs buy advisory
• Participate in pre-sales: requirements qualification, scope definition, costing, presentations
• Contribute to team upskilling and capitalisation of Data / Marketing Cloud best practices
• Explore and implement AI / Agentforce use cases: scoring, next-best-action, automated summaries, RAG (augmented retrieval on structured and unstructured documents)
• Contribute to deployment industrialisation: Salesforce CI/CD best practices, release strategy, environment management

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 3 to 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, including at least one significant assignment on Data Cloud (ingestion, DMO modeling, production deployment).

• Ideally good knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Data Cloud connectors).
• Experience with CRM Analytics and/or Tableau (dataset creation, dashboards).
• Salesforce Data Cloud certification required.
• Ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders (CIO, data teams, marketing).
• Curiosity about AI / Agentforce topics and willingness to upskill on these themes.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and client service orientation.
• Fluent French, professional English.
