Senior Blockchain Backend Engineer - Digital Asset Platform

You will work on distributed systems, transaction processing, blockchain integrations, and APIs that connect financial services with digital asset networks. The role requires strong backend engineering skills, an understanding of blockchain architecture, and a focus on security, reliability, and transaction consistency., * Design, develop, and maintain backend services for digital asset and stablecoin infrastructure.

• Build APIs and integrations connecting banking platforms, payment systems, and blockchain networks.
• Implement transaction processing, settlement workflows, reconciliation, and transaction monitoring.
• Integrate blockchain networks for transaction submission, confirmation tracking, and on-chain data processing.
• Develop asynchronous services, event-driven workflows, and reliable data-processing pipelines.
• Implement idempotency, retries, error recovery, and safeguards against duplicate transactions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and availability.
• Collaborate with backend, blockchain, infrastructure, product, and security teams.
• Write automated tests, review code, and support production troubleshooting.

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with at least one backend language: Go, Rust, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience building distributed systems, APIs, and transaction-processing services.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, database transactions, and data consistency.
• Understanding of blockchain architecture, transaction lifecycles, wallets, and cryptographic signatures.
• Experience with asynchronous processing, event-driven systems, and external API integrations.
• Knowledge of secure software development, authentication, authorization, and production monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred:Solana, Rust, Solana RPC, or blockchain indexing, Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, tokenization, custody infrastructure, or payment systems, Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure providers such as Fireblocks, Experience with Redis, message queues, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD, Knowledge of financial settlement, reconciliation, treasury systems, or regulated financial services.
