Network Designer

• Develop end-to-end IP network designs for applications migrating to public cloud
• Use telco and AWS networking experience to design network migration patterns
• Convert requirements into end-to-end solutions and high- and low-level designs that meet business and technical compliance requirements under Telecom Security Act standards
• Produce automation-focused designs compatible with CI/CD automated build processes
• Work with the engineering architecture team and partners across the Technology Group to provide detailed network solutions for applications migrating to public cloud

• UX UI Design, We are hiring a Network Designer to join the team responsible for developing and implementing a new Telco Management Environment and migrating existing telco management applications to public cloud. The role is based in London, with three days per week in the office, and is available through an umbrella company only. The rate is £460. Additional vetting is required and may make onboarding take longer than usual.

• Extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end IP designs for public, private, or hybrid cloud environments
• Experience producing IP design documentation, including high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD)
• Experience turning requirements into production-ready solutions
• Deep IP networking knowledge across physical and public-cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with AWS networking, Cisco, and Palo Alto
• Experience designing and implementing telco networks using ISIS, MPLS SR, MP-BGP, LDP, QoS, and security
• Basic understanding of Netconf/YANG
• Hands-on experience with IP hardware and converting manual configuration steps into automated configuration templates
• Ability and willingness to test and validate designs in public cloud
• BPSS clearance required
