Job description

This leader will connect commercial demand, product readiness, operations, supply chain, delivery, and cash realization to strengthen end-to-end performance. The role will also build the capabilities, processes, systems, operating cadence, decision frameworks, and accountability needed for OCG to scale globally.

Our Team

The Molex Optical Connectivity Group develops connectivity solutions for data communications and other technology-driven markets. OCG is entering a significant period of growth and transformation, creating an opportunity to shape the operating model, systems, and organizational capabilities that will support its future.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with OCG functional leaders to identify and close revenue, margin, cost, working-capital, delivery, and execution gaps, with clear ownership and corrective action.
  • Translate business and next-generation strategy into executable plans, measurable outcomes, investment priorities, and organizational accountability.
  • Establish the metrics, governance, decision rights, and leadership operating cadence needed to improve performance visibility, surface issues early, and accelerate decisions.
  • Connect customer demand and commercial commitments with product maturity, resources, capacity, supply readiness, lead times, pricing, contractual obligations, delivery, and cash realization.
  • Build scalable product-lifecycle, demand-to-cash, and global operating models, including repeatable processes and playbooks that support consistent execution across functions, regions, and locations.
  • Create and lead an integrated transformation roadmap spanning process, technology, data, organizational capability, automation, systems modernization, and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Drive adoption and execution discipline by clarifying accountability, managing cross-functional risks and dependencies, and embedding new processes and systems as sustainable ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience leading business, operating model, or enterprise transformation from strategy through implementation and stabilization.
  • Leadership experience in a complex global manufacturing, industrial technology, electronics, or related technology environment.
  • Experience establishing governance, operating cadences, KPIs, decision rights, and accountability across a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Experience connecting strategy, organizational design, process, technology, data, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience leading transformation in data communications, artificial intelligence infrastructure, cloud, hyperscale computing, semiconductor, optical connectivity, or related technology markets.
  • Experience building or scaling demand-to-cash, plan-to-production, source-and-supply, or new-product-introduction operating models.
  • Experience making and driving complex trade-offs across commercial, product, operational, supply-chain, and investment priorities.
  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field.

For this role, we anticipate paying $250,000 - $350,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
