Job description

  • Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung von Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
  • Projektmanagement: Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, einschließlich Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Kommunikation: Koordination zwischen internen Teams und externen Partnern sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektzielen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
  • Technologieeinsatz: Beratung zu und Einführung neuer Technologien zur Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Projektmanagement oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungs- und IT-Projektmanagement sowie in agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse auf gutem Niveau
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Technisches Verständnis und Affinität zur Prozessoptimierung
