Job description

As a Web Developer, you’ll build and maintain responsive web applications that bring clear, accessible user experiences to life. You’ll work across front-end and back-end development, contribute to system architecture, and collaborate with design and product partners using Agile software development practices. Your impact: By turning user flows and wireframes into reliable, responsive features, you help people navigate web services and complete tasks with confidence., * Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, SCSS/Sass, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks such as React, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, Django, or ASP.NET Core.

  • Build and connect RESTful APIs, SOAP and GraphQL services, and data integrations using JSON, XML, AJAX, and web services.
  • Design and query databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, and MongoDB; apply SQL and data visualization techniques.
  • Create wireframes and responsive designs; support UI and UX improvements, e-commerce features, and content platforms such as Drupal.
  • Use Git, GitHub, SVN, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Linux, Bash, Jira, Trello, and developer tools to test, deploy, and maintain scalable software.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated web development and software development skills, including front-end development, responsive web design, JavaScript frameworks, and OOP (object-oriented programming).
  • Familiarity with unit testing, version control, MVC (model-view-controller), system architecture, scalability, DevOps, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Experience with one or more relevant technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, Tomcat, JSP, Python, Ruby, React Native, jQuery, Bootstrap, or Visual Studio.
  • Knowledge of APIs, REST, web design, and developing responsive design projects; familiarity with React Express and .js is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and use tools such as GitHub, Jira, Trello, and Visual Studio.
