Lead Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the modernization of a critical assessment platform used across both consumer-facing and business-facing applications. This individual will own architectural direction, drive engineering best practices, mentor developers, and help build scalable web and mobile solutions that support the organization’s future growth.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong background in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern application development
• Experience with React Native and/or Flutter
• Knowledge of Swift and Kotlin
• Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
• Proven ability to architect and scale complex production systems
• Prior technical leadership and mentoring experience

• Partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders on technical strategy
• Mentoring engineers and providing hands-on technical leadership
