Senior Network Engineer

We’re seeking experienced Senior Network Engineers to join a high-performing enterprise infrastructure team supporting a large-scale technology environment. This team is responsible for handling a continuous stream of network requests that support both operational initiatives and business-critical projects across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze, design, implement, and validate network infrastructure changes
• Support network additions, modifications, upgrades, and decommissioning efforts
• Configure and maintain routing, switching, and firewall technologies
• Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Execute network requests from analysis through implementation and validation
• Support both operational and project-based network initiatives

• Strong enterprise-level network engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies
• Experience supporting and administering firewalls
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex network environments
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure
• Exposure to network design and architecture responsibilities
• Experience in highly available or mission-critical environments
• Understanding of network security best practices

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
