Epicor ERP
BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (APM)
Job description
- Leading delivery of the Epicor implementation: planning, governance, RAID management, budget tracking and reporting to the programme board.
- Managing the implementation partner day to day and holding them to scope, quality and timescale.
- Running the development of integrations, supporting applications and reporting, so the ERP delivers what the business needs.
- Working with process owners and the business improvement function so that defined processes and SOPs carry through cleanly into system design, testing and training.
- Leading data migration planning, testing cycles, business readiness and cutover.
- Leaving the business with the capability to run, support and develop the system after go-live.
Requirements
- A proven project manager who has delivered at least one full-lifecycle ERP implementation, client-side or with a systems integrator, ideally in manufacturing.
- Experience of leading business transformation alongside the technology, so that people, process and system land together.
- Hands-on delivery: you run the plan yourself, not just the governance around it.
- Confidence managing third-party partners and holding commercial and delivery conversations at senior level.
- Available to start at short notice.
- Epicor experience (Kinetic / E10) is a strong advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
- A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP or Agile) is desirable.
About the company
Our client is a well-established, growing UK manufacturer of engineered building products. It operates across several sites in East Lancashire. The business has started a major transformation programme with an ERP replacement at its core. Epicor has been selected as the platform and an implementation partner is appointed, so the programme is now moving from selection into delivery.
