AI Transformation & Innovation Lead

• At least four years of legal practice experience within BigLaw or a comparable environment; in-house experience will also be considered. \n

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow development, or AI tool building. \n

• Familiarity with retrieval augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation, and the legal AI vendor landscape. \n

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently and earn credibility with partners and senior leaders.

• Lead AI transformation projects from initial discovery and scoping through prototyping, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement. \n

• Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify workflow challenges and develop practical AI solutions. \n

• Build and refine advanced prompts, prompt libraries, multi-step AI workflows, and lightweight automations. \n

• Evaluate tools for accuracy, quality, and reliability, incorporating appropriate human review and confidentiality safeguards. \n

• Drive adoption through coaching, workshops, office hours, training curricula, and practical playbooks. \n

• Track usage, adoption, and impact to guide priorities and measure results. \n

• Evaluate emerging legal AI platforms and technologies. \n

• Collaborate with technology, information security, knowledge management, and professional development teams to support secure integration and rollout. \n
