Experienced School Data and Assessment Administrator Needed in Oxford

A secondary school in Oxford is looking to appoint a School Data and Assessment Administrator to support the accurate management of pupil information and assessment records. The school relies on timely data to monitor pupil progress, identify areas requiring additional support and prepare information for staff and senior leaders. Previous experience working with school data systems is essential. About the Role

• Maintain and update pupil records using the school’s management information system.
• Support assessment data collection and check submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Produce spreadsheets, data summaries and reports for teaching staff and senior leaders.
• Assist with the administration of assessment windows, reporting deadlines and data returns.
• Identify discrepancies in pupil information and liaise with relevant staff to resolve them.
• Support the preparation and distribution of pupil reports.
• Maintain secure electronic records and follow data protection procedures.
• Provide administrative assistance during busy assessment and reporting periods.

• Previous school-based data, assessment or reporting experience is essential.
• Experience using SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar school management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A clear understanding of confidentiality and pupil data protection.
• The ability to communicate effectively with teaching and administrative teams.

An enhanced DBS check will be required in accordance with the role.
