SAP data migration / Conversion

• Lead or support end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA, including strategy, planning, mapping, cleansing, loading, and validation
• Extract data from legacy SAP ECC and non-SAP source systems
• Design and execute migration using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (file/staging tables and direct transfer), SAP Data Services, LSMW, or similar tools
• Develop field-level mapping and transformation rules in collaboration with functional consultants
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and quality checks
• Plan and run mock loads, cutover rehearsals, and final production migration
• Reconcile migrated data and resolve load errors and discrepancies
• Coordinate with business data owners on sign-off and validation
• Document migration approach, runbooks, test results, and cutover procedures
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

• 5 + years of SAP data migration experience, with at least 1-2 full-cycle S/4HANA migration projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and migration objects
• Strong knowledge of master and transactional data in one or more modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Experience with ETL and data tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition (Bluefield) approaches
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with SAP Information Steward, MDG, or data governance practices
• Knowledge of ABAP for data extraction or conversion programs
• SAP certification in S/4HANA or related data management areas
• Experience in [industry: manufacturing, public sector, healthcare, etc.]
