Informatica Developer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Develop reusable mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and transformations to support data integration requirements.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into target databases and data warehouses.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
• Perform data profiling, data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop efficient ETL solutions.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, investigate data discrepancies, and resolve performance-related issues.
• Optimize ETL workflows, session performance, and SQL queries to improve processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, database administrators, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support production releases, scheduled batch processing, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, source-to-target documents, and operational procedures.
• Follow banking data governance, security, compliance, and development standards.

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer with strong ETL development and data integration expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ETL workflows, integrating data from multiple sources, and delivering reliable data solutions in a banking or financial services environment.

The candidate should possess strong SQL skills, data warehousing knowledge, and experience working with complex data transformations, data quality processes, and production support., * 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, analytical functions, and query optimization.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration patterns.
• Experience with ETL mappings, workflows, sessions, transformations, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of data quality, data reconciliation, error handling, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for ETL automation and support.
• Familiarity with batch processing, job scheduling, production monitoring, and incident management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
