Senior Systems Engineer - SCCM/MECM Endpoint Management - SECRET CLEARANCE REQ -- 2-3 Days Onsite

• Administer and maintain MECM and its supporting infrastructure: site servers, distribution points, management points and related components
• Package, test and deploy software, updates and patches across enterprise Windows endpoints
• Build and maintain task sequences for automated OS deployment, upgrades and imaging
• Run patch management cycles end to end: scheduling, deployment, monitoring, reporting and remediation
• Keep endpoints compliant with STIGs, security baselines and configuration standards
• Troubleshoot client health, software distribution failures, imaging problems and compliance gaps
• Build and maintain lab and test environments for validating changes before they hit production
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine work
• Produce and analyze MECM reports on deployments, compliance and system health
• Keep documentation current for configurations, procedures and workflows

• Active Secret clearance (required to start)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+ or equivalent)
• High school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience, or commensurate experience
• Hands on MECM administration in a large enterprise environment
• SQL and SSRS administration as it relates to MECM
• Strong Windows Server skills (2012 through 2025), including Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS
• Windows imaging, task sequences, driver management and OS deployment
• VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper V
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience building and managing test environments
• Demonstrated patch management expertise, including compliance reporting and remediation
• Ability to work independently and own complex technical tasks with minimal supervision
• Clear, accurate technical documentation

• Tanium for endpoint visibility, patching or configuration
• DoD or USCG cybersecurity requirements: STIG, CIS benchmarks, RMF

• Networking fundamentals as they affect MECM: boundaries, DP placement, firewalls, bandwidth
• SCCM/MECM migrations, upgrades or modernization
• Ability to turn deployment and compliance data into improvements

Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
