IT Technician

• Replace and swap laptops, thin clients, and basic IT peripherals
• Repair and replace time clocks
• Replace interior and exterior cameras
• Identify and correct cable-related safety or performance issues
• Maintain clean, organized cable pathways with proper labeling
• Perform preventative maintenance on IT-related devices
• Collaborate with onsite client personnel as needed
• Image laptops and thin clients
• Provision printers, scanners and other hardware

Client-Provided Materials

Technician will work with materials supplied by the client, including:

• Velcro, Velcro wrap, Velcro tape, and similar fastening tools
• Network (Ethernet), USB, serial, and related cables
• All devices requiring replacement and associated parts/peripherals
• E-waste processing for retired or defective equipment

• Comfortable with hands-on hardware work
• Physically capable of lifting hardware devices and at time working under desks for cable management and connections.
• Able to follow structured processes and safety guidelines
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic understanding of IT equipment and cabling
• Must pass background check
• Must pass ‘integrity’ questionnaire
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Contract Full-Time 4 Months $25-$27/hr
