Requirements

Required Technical Skills:

Core .NET: ASP.NET (Web Forms focus; MVC experience does not apply)
Languages: C# or VB.NET

Database: SQL Server (2016 or later), complex SQL queries, Functions, and Stored Procedures
Tools & Frameworks: Visual Studio, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), Azure DevOps / Git
Other: Writing console/batch applications for data interfaces

Preferred (Value-Add) Skills:

Payment or Licensing & Permitting application development
Data conversion/migration
Crystal Reports Designer
ADA Title II Compliance

Core Competencies:

Strong problem-solving, project management, and time management skills
Ability to mentor team members and document procedures effectively
Must pass a fingerprint background screening
