  • Support the rollout, expansion, and daily operations of Medicaid data exchange services within NC HIEA

  • Support Continuity of Care Document (CCD) and Admission-Discharge-Transfer (ADT) data integration
  • Coordinate work across teams to improve data quality and interoperability
  • Troubleshoot issues with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Guide testing and onboarding so new data connections are accurate, secure, and aligned with statewide population health priorities
  • Use SQL, relational databases, and BI dashboards for healthcare reporting and analysis
  • Explain technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical partners, * Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the assignment
  • CTI participates in E-Verify; employment eligibility for all hires is verified in compliance with applicable state and federal requirements

  • 3+ years with healthcare data standards and compliance, including ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, and HIPAA
