Mobile Application Developer

EMYX LLC is seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for modern smartphones and tablets. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS, Android, or cross-platform environments.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible mobile user interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs, backend services, and third-party software tools.
• Implement application features based on product and technical requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot crashes, bugs, compatibility issues, and performance problems.
• Test applications across devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver consistent user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Support application releases, updates, and app store submissions.
• Apply secure coding practices to protect user data and application functionality.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

• Experience in mobile application development or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Dart, JavaScript, or another relevant programming language.
• Familiarity with native iOS or Android development, or frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and client-server architecture.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of mobile application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of mobile interface design and platform guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage development tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience publishing or maintaining applications in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash-reporting tools.
• Knowledge of mobile authentication, data encryption, and secure storage.
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud services and backend integration.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
