Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions. - Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights. - Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and the business to define reporting requirements and KPIs. - Improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across systems. - Support data preparation and reporting initiatives that enable future AI and advanced analytics capabilities. - Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive and operational audiences.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization best practices.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, or data transformation tools preferred.
