Senior Project Manager / Salesforce (M/F)

Managing varied Salesforce projects (integration, scoping, TMA) combines team coordination, budget management, and close client relationships. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager., As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager (M/F), you manage varied projects (integration, scoping, TMA), from design to go-live.

• Plan and oversee Salesforce projects end to end
• Manage budget and resources
• Lead the project team and resolve issues
• Ensure reporting and communication with stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Guarantee deliverable compliance
• Manage administrative tasks (timesheets, expense reports, remaining workload)

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.

• Mastery of project management methods: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Ability to plan and track project milestones.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3 years of experience on Salesforce. Risk management and performance tracking.
• Good understanding of business challenges and the impact of Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations and conflicts.
• Proactivity and initiative.
• Team spirit and collaborative leadership.
• Adaptability in changing environments.
