  • Identify and lead automation and capital projects that improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost, including building the justification and owning the budget and schedule.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize cobots (e.g., UR7e) and machine vision systems used for automated assembly and in-process quality inspection.
  • Implement changes and improvements to vision applications, including inspection criteria, cameras, lighting, sensors, and system performance.
  • Support capacity expansion and scaling efforts.

  • Mentor engineers and technicians and serve as the SME for robotics, vision systems, automation, and production equipment., Export Control: ā€œA successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.ā€ ā€œIt is Siemens Healthineers’ policy to comply fully and completely with all United States export control laws and regulations, including those implemented by the Department of Commerce through the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), by the Department of State through the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and by the Treasury Department through the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions regulations.ā€
