Software Engineer - Angular III

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Software Engineer assignment with one of our premier BANKING clients in Cincinnati, OH, Frisco, TX or Farmington Hills. MI. Hybrid schedule, * Develop and maintain applications throughout the full software development lifecycle.

• Design, code, debug, test, and support applications using Angular and other software technologies.
• Perform software, code, and requirements analysis to identify risks, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply object-oriented analysis and design (OOA/OOD) principles to application development.
• Design and develop front-end graphical user interfaces using Angular.
• Integrate applications with existing systems and technologies.
• Perform software testing and quality assurance to ensure application reliability and functionality.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, automation, and usability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality and technical processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for potential implementation.
• Ensure applications comply with established development, security, and technology standards.
• Support application localization and globalization requirements as needed.
• Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process.

Software Engineering, Software Engineering, Banking Services, Enterprise Applications, Software Administration, Debugging Skills, Test Plan/Schedule, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Java, AngularJS, The ideal candidate will have strong Angular/front-end development experience, with additional experience in Java and/or AWS highly preferred. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented design skills, and the ability to work across the application development lifecycle., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Strong professional experience developing applications using Angular.
• Experience with full lifecycle software development.
• Must have experience with Mobile/Web Development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design, and development principles.
• Experience with software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
• Experience integrating applications with existing systems.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, code, system risks, and application performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java development.
• Experience with AWS/cloud technologies.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with application performance tuning and automation.
• Experience with software modeling and simulation.
• Experience evaluating and implementing new technologies.

Ideal Candidate The strongest candidate will be an Angular-focused developer who also brings Java and/or AWS experience. Candidates with a strong front-end background combined with back-end or cloud experience will be preferred, particularly those who can contribute across the broader application stack.
