Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in the eCommerce Search domain is mandatory.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories, epics, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create detailed technical stories for engineering teams, rather than customer-facing features.
• Strong understanding of search platform concepts, APIs, indexing, relevance/ranking, and system integrations.
• Experience supporting search provider migrations, including platform migration, data mapping, integration cutovers, and change management.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, eCommerce teams, and search engineering teams.
• Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders., * 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the Search domain.
• Strong technical user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Understanding of search platforms, APIs, integrations, indexing, and relevance/ranking concepts.
