Java Full Stack Developer with AWS

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, modern front-end technologies, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for a financial services client. The candidate should have experience developing enterprise-grade applications, building RESTful APIs and microservices, and working with cloud-native technologies in an Agile environment., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Build scalable and secure microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Strong experience with Java 8/11/17 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong front-end development experience with Angular or React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and application deployment.
• Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment practices.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in banking, financial services, payments, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging and event-streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure application development.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 8+ years of software development experience, including hands-on Java full-stack development and AWS.
