Verantwortung für die Überwachung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports für interne Mitarbeitende Erarbeitung von Lösungen und Behebung von Fehlern Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Servern und Netzwerken Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
