Job description

Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden Konzeption und Implementierung von individuellen IT-Infrastrukturen Supportdienste sowie Wartung der IT-Systeme beim Kunden Erfassung von Problemfällen und Behebung von Störungen Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium Erste Berufserfahrung in der Systembetreuung, idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung Fundierte Kenntnisse in VMWare Analytische Fähigkeiten und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität sowie Teamfähigkeit
