  • Configure and test attribute rules, branch versioning, and related editing workflows
  • Publish and configure Utility Network services and applications in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and Field Maps
  • Develop and run QA/QC processes to validate migrated data
  • Develop, document, and continually improve standardized migration workflows, scripts, and tools for use across projects
  • Train and mentor team members on Utility Network concepts and data migration workflows
  • Coordinate with project managers on technical scope, effort estimates, schedules, and hours for migration projects
  • Lead technical working sessions with client GIS staff and provide post-migration support as needed
  • Stay current with changes in Esri technologies, especially new Utility Network releases and tools

  • Solid understanding of geodatabase design, data modeling, and network connectivity concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly document technical processes and teach them to others
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project managers and technical teams
