Job description
- Administer HR software and related systems, including configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Maintain system performance, configuration management, virtualization, load balancing, and server backup and recovery.
- Coordinate with IT on Windows Server and Linux administration, Active Directory, networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and information security.
- Use automation and scripting to support integrations, testing, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Requirements
- Required: Experience with software administration, implementation, system administration, technical troubleshooting, and systems and applications support.
- Required: Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, computer networking, system tuning, and system troubleshooting.
- A degree in computer science or related experience is helpful; knowledge of systems engineering, computer management, storage management, server administration, and system architecture is also valued., * Associate (Preferred), * HRIS: 2 years (Preferred)
- Paycom: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
