SAP Integration Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Integration Architect to lead enterprise-wide integration strategy, architecture, and delivery across complex SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP CPI), EDI/B2B integrations, hybrid cloud integration landscapes, and SAP-centric application integration architectures. This role will provide technical leadership for large-scale SAP implementations and modernization initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and clean-core aligned integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms., Integration Architecture & Strategy Define and govern enterprise integration architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems. Design scalable integration solutions supporting: o On-Premise to On-Premise o On-Premise to Cloud o Cloud to Cloud o On-Premise to SaaS o SaaS to SaaS integrations Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight from solution design through deployment and hypercare. SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Leadership Architect, design, and oversee development of complex integration scenarios using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Drive development of custom iFlows leveraging: o Message Mapping o XSLT Mapping o Content Modifier o Router o Splitter o Aggregator o Exception Handling o Process Direct o JMS and Event-based patterns Provide expertise in Groovy scripting and/or JavaScript for advanced transformation and orchestration requirements. Guide development teams on reusable integration frameworks, standards, and performance optimization techniques. Manage CPI monitoring, troubleshooting, certificate lifecycle management, keystore administration, and operational support processes. EDI & B2B Integration Architecture Architect and govern B2B and EDI integrations across suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and trading partners. Design and support integrations using: o EDIFACT o ANSI X12 o XML o JSON o Industry-specific EDI standards Define and manage trading partner onboarding processes and communication protocols such as: o AS2 o SFTP o OFTP o VAN Ensure compliance, reliability, and scalability of B2B transaction processing. SAP Functional & Cross-System Integration Partner with SAP functional teams across: o SD o MM o FI/CO o TM o WM/EWM o SuccessFactors Design integrations involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, third-party applications, banks, logistics providers, and external SaaS platforms. Drive API-led integration strategies using REST, SOAP, OData, and event-driven architectures. Leadership & Governance Lead and mentor integration architects, developers, and technical teams. Establish development standards, code reviews, architecture governance, and implementation best practices. Maintain architecture artifacts, interface inventories, integration catalogs, technical specifications, and operational runbooks. Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership, business stakeholders, and client executives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. 15+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite experience. Proven experience leading large-scale system integration teams and managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs. Strong track record delivering integration solutions across hybrid landscapes including on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments. Deep expertise in: o SAP CPI/iFlow development o Groovy Script and/or JavaScript o API-led integrations o Message Mapping o XSLT Transformations o Integration Architecture Patterns Strong knowledge of SAP CPI adapters including: o File o RFC o IDoc o JDBC o SOAP o REST o SFTP o JMS o OData o SuccessFactors Experience with integration testing tools such as: o Postman o SoapUI Familiarity with: o SAP Cloud Connector o SAP BTP Cockpit o SAP SOAMANAGER Extensive experience in CPI monitoring, debugging, trace analysis, security certificates, keystores, and operational support. Strong understanding of EDI/B2B integration architecture and trading partner management. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
