Azure Lead (.NET & Azure Integration Services)

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Azure Lead on behalf of our client in Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for a highly skilled Azure professional with a strong foundation in .NET development and extensive experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive cloud integration initiatives and support digital transformation efforts., Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (AIS). Lead architecture and development activities involving Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Integration Accounts, and Azure API Management (APIM). Build and support event-driven and messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, and Azure Storage services. Develop complex data transformation solutions using XSLT and Liquid Templates. Establish and maintain integration governance, security, monitoring, and operational best practices. Create High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions. Drive CI/CD implementation, source control standards, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Azure DevOps. Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support solution delivery across multiple projects. Assist with cloud modernization and integration migration initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using Azure Integration Services (AIS). Strong expertise in: Azure Logic Apps (Standard and Consumption) Azure Functions Azure API Management (APIM) Integration Accounts Azure Service Bus Event Grid Event Hub Azure Storage Services Strong software engineering background with C# and .NET/.NET Core. Experience with Application Insights, Log Analytics, and enterprise monitoring practices. Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Solid understanding of Azure networking, security, identity management, and governance principles. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive complex integration projects. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Azure Developer certifications. Experience with enterprise application modernization and cloud migration initiatives. Familiarity with legacy integration platforms and migration strategies. Prior experience leading large-scale integration and transformation programs.
