Entry Level Data Center Installer

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Entry-Level Data Center Technician to join our operations team in Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you will help maintain, monitor, and support the physical hardware and network infrastructure of our data center. This is a great starting position to build a long-term career in IT infrastructure., * Hot Isle Work: Install, fabricate, move, and assemble mechanical structures for data center racks.

• Hardware Support: Install, rack, stack, and replace servers, switches, and network hardware.
• Cabling: Assist with running, patching, and organizing copper (Cat6) and fiber-optic cables.
• Monitoring: Check environmental conditions, system lights, and physical security status inside the data center.
• Rack Deployment: Perform basic hardware diagnostics and assist senior engineers with component swaps and ticket resolution.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training in IT/networking is a plus but not required.
• Experience: No prior professional data center experience required (ideal for career switchers, IT helpdesk starters, or military transitioners).
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer hardware.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a cool/high-noise server environment.
• Requirements:
• Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work as much overtime as required.
• Must be able to travel to anywhere within the United States.
