Senior Consultant - Cyber Saviynt Digital Identity

Do you have experience helping organizations secure digital identities, manage user access and reduce cybersecurity risks? ClearVane Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in cybersecurity, with a focus on Saviynt digital identity solutions, to support enterprise identity governance and access management initiatives.

In this role, you’ll work with client security teams, application owners and business stakeholders to design, implement and improve identity governance processes. From gathering requirements and configuring Saviynt workflows to troubleshooting integrations and supporting deployments, you’ll help clients establish effective controls over access to business applications and sensitive information.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Implement and enhance Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions based on client requirements, security policies and identity governance objectives.
• Configure identity lifecycle workflows for onboarding, role changes, transfers and employee departures, ensuring access is provisioned or removed according to approved policies.
• Develop and maintain access request workflows, approval processes and automated provisioning rules to support consistent identity management.
• Configure and support access certifications, including manager reviews, application-owner reviews and entitlement reviews, to identify unnecessary or inappropriate access.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD) policies and entitlement controls to help reduce excessive permissions and access-related risks.
• Integrate enterprise applications, directories and business systems with Saviynt using supported connectors, APIs and other appropriate integration methods.
• Investigate provisioning failures, connector errors, workflow issues and discrepancies in access data, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
• Conduct client discussions and requirements-gathering sessions to understand existing IAM processes, document business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assess current identity governance practices and recommend improvements to access controls, workflow efficiency, application onboarding and compliance reporting.
• Support identity risk assessments by reviewing access permissions, identifying policy violations and helping clients prioritize remediation activities.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, validate configurations, support user acceptance testing and resolve defects identified during implementation.
• Work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, HR technology and compliance teams to coordinate integrations and resolve technical dependencies.
• Maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, process flows, test results and operational procedures for ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
• Assist clients with audit preparation by maintaining evidence of access approvals, certification results, policy enforcement and remediation activities.
• Coordinate assigned project tasks, monitor deliverables, communicate risks and provide technical guidance to junior consultants and client team members.

• Professional experience in cybersecurity consulting, identity and access management (IAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), or a related security role.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt solutions, particularly identity governance, access certifications, access requests and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlements and least-privilege access.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations, workflows and implementation specifications.
• Knowledge of role-based access control, segregation of duties and access review procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot identity integrations, provisioning issues, workflow errors and access control problems.
• Familiarity with enterprise directories such as Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, along with APIs and identity integration methods.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, test scenarios and implementation deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and technical teams.

Preferred

• Experience delivering Saviynt implementations, integrations, upgrades or identity governance improvement projects.
• Familiarity with Saviynt application onboarding, connector configuration, workflow customization, analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell or other scripting tools used for troubleshooting, automation or data analysis.
• Experience integrating cloud platforms, HR systems, ERP applications and other enterprise systems with IAM solutions.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and SOX-related access controls.
• Experience with role engineering, access modeling, identity risk analysis or access governance assessments.
• Relevant Saviynt, IAM, cybersecurity or cloud security certifications.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
