Job description
- Assess legacy systems and architect the transition to modern enterprise platforms; support platform selection through fit-gap analysis, API and integration review, and vendor demonstrations
- Build and maintain integrations between core platforms and order, inventory, WMS/3PL, EDI, marketplace, D2C, and BI systems
- Engineer and validate data migration - build repeatable ETL tooling, enforce data sequencing and validation, and produce Finance-approved reconciliations
- Plan and execute mock conversions, system-integration testing, and user-acceptance testing with production-representative data
- Own the technical cutover runbook: backups, data freeze, final loads, validation checkpoints, rollback criteria, and hypercare support
- Manage the enhancement backlog, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement after go-live
AI-Native Workflows & Data
- Partner with business process owners to design AI-native workflows - embedding LLM-driven automation for extraction, classification, analysis, drafting, and exception management
- Treat every workflow as a living product: instrument accuracy, run evaluation suites, and iterate on prompts, tools, and models through versioned, controlled releases
- Maintain a modular, governed AI and integration architecture including data-access services and MCP-compatible agent interfaces
- Establish trusted data infrastructure: shared definitions, master data, lineage, and quality controls
- Apply engineering discipline: code review, automated testing, least-privilege access, monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in enterprise systems integration, data engineering, or business automation with solutions in production
- Hands-on delivery on at least one full ERP or finance-system implementation through cutover and hypercare (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)
- Strong Python and SQL; REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, EDI (X12)
- Integration platform experience: Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services
- Cloud data platform experience: Snowflake, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric; Power BI or Tableau
- Hands-on with LLM APIs: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Google Gemini; agent/orchestration tooling such as MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph
- At least one AI workflow in real production use with documented accuracy and business value
- Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Preferred
- Experience in inventory-based wholesale, retail, or e-commerce environments
- Working proficiency in Mandarin (for collaboration with our China-based development team)
The Ideal Candidate
You’ve delivered real systems in production - not just designed them. You’ve been through at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle, built integrations that run in live environments, and deployed an AI workflow with measured results you can speak to. You move comfortably between business requirements and technical architecture, and communicate just as clearly with Finance and business owners as you do with engineers., * Have you delivered hands-on technical work through a full ERP implementation or migration - including data migration, testing, and cutover? If yes, which platform and what was your specific role?
- Have you built and deployed an AI or LLM-driven workflow currently in production? If yes, briefly describe what it does and how you measure its results.
- Which integration platforms and cloud data tools have you worked with in a production environment?
- Do you now or in the future require employer sponsorship to work in the United States?
