We are seeking highly skilled professionals as we support the critical support services for DHS / ICE Office of the Chief Financial Officer Office of Financial Management Customer Service Operations (CS-OPS) support for Financial and Accounting Shared Services (FASS)., Description: The Junior Dashboard Developer creates and implements interactive dashboards, reports, and graphics that help the CS-OPS team and customers access, understand, and visualize complex data insights.

Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT, or computer sciences or data analytics

Clearance Requirement: DHS/ICE eligibility

Experience/Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years of relevant data experience
• Core Skills: Advanced SQL, Power BI / Tableau, financial data modeling, QA validation
• Primary Role: Identify data buckets, build and maintain data extracts, translate data into actionable reports
• Maintains and revises existing data visualizations, including interactive dashboards, reports, graphs, and graphics
• Troubleshoots and debugs front- and back-end processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to define, design and deploy solutions and enhancements that meet the needs of the company, its clients, and end users
• Configures a design that satisfies business requirements and desired specifications
• Designs data visualizations that analyze data from various internal and external sources
• Researches, evaluates and implements new tools, models and processes to optimize efficiency, reliability and usability of data visualizations
• Demonstrated oral and written communications experience with the highest levels of management
• Demonstrated experience with Federal sector projects similar in size and scope
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Power Point, Word, and Microsoft Excel, * Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• technical proficiency in MS Project, PPT, Word, and Excel: 3 years (Required)
• Government contract support: 3 years (Required)
• Advance SQL, Power BI / Tableau: 3 years (Required)
• DHS/ICE: 1 year (Preferred)
