Full Stack Developer

Synergy Labs is seeking a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, test, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate has experience working across front-end and back-end technologies, integrating APIs, managing databases, and delivering reliable software that meets business and user needs., * Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications and interfaces.

• Build and maintain server-side applications, business logic, and APIs.
• Create reusable front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design, query, and maintain relational or NoSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party services, authentication systems, and external APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver software features.
• Maintain application security, reliability, and scalability.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, database design, and data integration.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development tools.
• Understanding of responsive design, web security, and application performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a development team., * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing and deploying production web applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Understanding of Agile development practices and project management workflows.
• Experience working on client-focused software projects.
