Full-Stack Product Engineer TA (Next.js / React / Vercel)

Pilot Spring is looking for a sharp, fast-moving Full-Stack Product Engineer TA to support founders during a live, in-person 3-day build sprint.This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Next.js, React, frontend systems, API integrations, auth, and product debugging - and who can help founders move from messy ideas to real working MVPs quickly.You will work directly with founders, operators, and builders to unblock product issues in real time, help shape working product flows, and keep teams moving toward a launch-ready MVP or profitable pilot.This is not a passive teaching role. • Strong experience with React
• Strong experience with Next.js
• Strong experience with modern frontend patterns and component architecture
• Comfortable working with Tailwind CSS
• Experience integrating frontend apps with backend APIs
• Comfortable debugging auth/session issues, API response issues, state bugs, broken form flows, and deployment issues
• Comfortable deploying and debugging on Vercel
• Working knowledge of product-oriented full-stack workflows
• Able to move quickly without needing heavy direction
