Scrum Master

This candidate will be part of a dynamic group of change agents responsible for coaching, teaching, and guiding individuals and teams in Agile principles and practices. Key Responsibilities Champion Agile values and principles across teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agreed-upon processes Remove impediments and support teams in overcoming challenges Foster a safe, collaborative environment focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement Support all aspects of Agile software development, including grooming, estimation, implementation, and resolution Guide teams in effective decision-making and value delivery

Experience or familiarity with Agile principles and frameworks

Proven experience as a Scrum Master

Skilled in facilitating workshops such as OKRs, backlog refinement, and prioritization

Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Miro, and CI/CD reporting tools Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Experience working with multiple Agile teams in the financial services industry
