Product Owner CRM

act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that both end

userfacing

and internal processes are optimized through robust CRM capabilities and accurate,

wellgoverned

master data.

Your role is critical in translating business requirements into actionable solutions, managing

the

product backlog, and securing stakeholder validation to deliver measurable value.

Additionally, you

will contribute to the definition, maintenance, and governance of master data within the CRM platform,

ensuring alignment with group referentials and business needs., A. CRM Products under your ownership

? Deliver Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud) to address business needs.

? Act as the interface between commercial teams and Digital Factory

? Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact.

? Lead change management to drive adoption across agencies

B. Data Referential & Master Data Governance

? Collaborate with the Data Governance Office to align the CRM data vision with the global company

strategy.

? Define and maintain master data standards for CRM, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

? Work with IT and business teams to validate data requirements and integrations.

? Document and maintain up-to-date processes for master data management

C. Agile Delivery & Compliance

? Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.

? Coordinate with IT to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features.

? Oversee acceptance testing and validate deliverables against requirements.

? Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry standards.

Do you have experience in SAFe?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, ? 5+ years in Product Ownership or Senior Project Management with a strong track record in

Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)

? Master data management or data governance experience is a plus.

? Shipping/Logistics industry knowledge is valued.

? Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) familiarity.

? Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

? Problem-solving: Proactive, can balance business needs with technical constraints.

? Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
