Job description
- Oversee and monitor live production operations to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the software application suite.
- Rapidly diagnose service disruptions and operational issues, executing corrective actions to maintain continuous service delivery., * Monitor live production operations to ensure system availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve service disruptions, performance degradations, and operational incidents.
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions across software applications.
- Support ongoing system sustainment activities and continuous service delivery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to maintain system health and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Linux, Bash, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and GitLab CI to automate and streamline operations.
- Leverage monitoring and logging tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch to maintain visibility into application performance.
Requirements
- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 5+ years
- Total Compensation: $239k+ yearly
