The Senior Staff Engineer - Gen AI is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, requiring 5 days onsite per week. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications using Claude AI, RAG, Agentic AI workflows, LLMs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The role also involves building Python-based microservices, integrating AWS Lambda, designing technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and guiding engineering teams. Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on Claude AI development experience
• Strong RAG and Agentic AI workflows
• LLM fundamentals and MCP integration
• Strong Python programming

• Technical architecture and engineering leadership
