UX Content Designer

• Craft intuitive in-app copy and microcopy across multi-step flows to demystify complex smart-device connectivity.
• Architect clear content hierarchies and progressive disclosure models to optimize usability and reduce cognitive load.
• Partner with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to iterate rapid content prototypes inside Figma.
• Translate competitive audits and user behavior insights into cohesive, end-to-end UX messaging strategies.

• 3+ years of dedicated UX writing, content design, or digital product content experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with a working knowledge of modern design systems and component libraries.
• Strong digital portfolio demonstrating complex concept simplification, plain-language execution, and content hierarchy rationale. Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, English, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. *
