• Designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration frameworks and agentic workflows.
• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging both structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Developing enterprise knowledge retrieval platforms across SharePoint, document repositories, databases, and external knowledge sources.
• Implementing AI governance controls, including source traceability, explainability, auditability, and human review workflows.
• Productionizing LLM-based applications with observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and security controls.
• Architecting scalable and reusable AI platform capabilities.
• Leading technical design discussions and mentoring engineering teams on AI engineering best practices.
