Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain software for Payload Control System
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate software solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development practices

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or Engineering, Science, or Math., [Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.] Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required., * Proficiency in C++ programming and object-oriented design

• Experience with networking protocols, AMQP, and socket programming such as TCP/UDP
• Experience with software development and source control best practices (Git)

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Software development experience in a Linux environment
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with the QT Framework
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
