Job description
- Discovery & Business Analysis: Lead discussions directly with business stakeholders, ask incisive discovery questions, map undocumented processes, and formulate technical solutions.
- Modernization Design: Review Automation Anywhere bot workflows and architect resilient replacement systems utilizing APIs, microservices, and modern UIs.
- Full Stack Development: Lead hands-on development alongside the engineering team using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
- System Integration: Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs to interface with internal databases and third-party vendor platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership or solution architecture expertise.
- Core Stack: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React, with an emphasis on backend architecture.
- Discovery & Communication: Proven ability to independently conduct stakeholder discovery, ask the right technical and business questions, and turn ambiguous workflows into clear roadmaps.
- Cloud & APIs: Solid experience building and deploying services on AWS, along with robust REST and SOAP API integration skills.
- Work Arrangement: Must be local to the Denver, CO area and available to work onsite.
Nice-to-Have
- SQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
- Familiarity with workflow orchestrators like Argo Workflows.
- CI/CD automation with Git / GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with C# or legacy RPA tools.
