Job description

• Implement automated testing, quality gates, code coverage & security scanning using Snyk/Checkmarx.
• Manage Salesforce metadata, dependencies, environments, packaging & Salesforce CLI/SFDX.
• Lead production releases, deployment windows, governance and rollback plans.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate with QA, Engineering, Security & Architecture teams.
• Lead/mentor Release & DevOps Administrators.
• Certifications: Salesforce Admin & Copado preferred

Requirements

• Role: Salesforce DevOps Architect / Lead
• Experience: 8-12+ years Salesforce/DevOps
• Core: Salesforce, Copado, Git, CI/CD, DevSecOps
• Design and manage enterprise Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
• Strong experience with Git branching, PRs, deployments, rollback & release management.
