Job description

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, network devices, and other data center equipment.
• Perform server rack installation, cable management, hardware replacement, and equipment upgrades.
• Monitor hardware performance, system alerts, and connectivity to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures, network connectivity issues, and other technical problems.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment health checks.

Requirements

• Experience in data center operations, IT support, or hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of servers, networking equipment, rack systems, and structured cabling.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, and connectivity troubleshooting., * Do you have 1+ years of Data Center experience?
• Are you a U.S. Citizen (USC) or Green Card holder (GC), and are you authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship?
