Senior Technical Lead

• Develop, customize, and enhance Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions, including workflows, data models, and system integrations.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of PLM applications.
• Serve as a technical expert on Siemens Teamcenter, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain PLM-related software using Java, C++, ITK, and PLMXML.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLM application and integration issues.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging PLM technologies and implement best practices in development.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials., Attend Agile Scrum Sprint planning (e.g. IPDM Technical Review Board (TRB), Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), Integrated Planning, Backlog Grooming) Bug triage meetings Code review Sprint Retrospective Meeting Code / Configuration & Unit Test Technical Design Production Support Incidents
